Gyokuro loose leaf green tea is regarded as the most refined of Japans shade grown teas, prized for its remarkable depth and elegance. Cultivated in Kagoshima and shaded for several weeks before harvest, the leaves develop a richness and natural sweetness that direct sunlight would diminish. The infusion is smooth and full bodied, with pronounced umami, delicate marine notes and a
