Imodium Rapid is for adults, adolescents and children over 6 years. Dosage Adults and adolescents take 2 tablets at a time, then 1 tablet after each loose stool, maximum 8 tablets per 24 hours. Children from 6 years of age take 1 tablet first, then 1 tablet after each loose stool. Never exceed the maximum recommended daily dose per kg of the child's body
