The mugs' alterations allow them to be held comfortably without using the handle (if you so choose). approx. 5. 25 tall x 3. 5 wide Holds 16 oz. microwave and dishwasher safe The glaze is a bright red with white breaking over the edges. They are made from stoneware clay were fired in an electric kiln to cone 5 (~2200 degrees F).
