I shaped this set to show wide bands in the paint layers

I was given a small piece that I cut this stone from long ago

The colors in this piece of fordite are perfect for a heart with it being mostly bright red accented with metallic gunmetal

These would make a cool set of earrings or you could split them up and make rings or small pendants

This is a good size piece. The bail and included chain are worry free stainless steel. Petoskey stones are remnants of an ancient coral reef deposited in lower Michigan by glaciation. Our stones are mirror polished and so there will be reflections in the pictures. We take pictures in direct bright light that simulates what your stone will look like in direct sunlight.
