It combines fixed foot pegs with movable rudder pedals to give you more control and better performance when paddling your kayak. The rudder housing has a pin that installs through a vertical hole on the stern of the kayak and secures with a split ring. This kit includes toe controls that install on your existing foot pedals, so you don't have
