The back panel and base are made of rugged 2 ply by 3 ply Rugged Twill for added strength and endurance. The shoulder straps are padded with Tin Cloth and lined with Moleskin to reduce slipping and increase breathability. The adjustable straps are contoured and attached to the backpack with vegetable tanned Bridle Leather from Pennsylvania's Wickett & Craig
