Latour 2010 Maison Descaves a hint of nutty andIntense, very dark colour; deep ruby with purple tones. Nose is very evident of ripe blackberries, cedar, dark chocolate and a little ink. Palate has lovely acidity, freshness, well balanced with generous ripe fruit, dark berries, plums, chocolate and cigar smoke. Very firm tannic structure. A blockbuster with very rich and firm with a strong alcohol finish and very good length. Delicious. Donal Morris 19. 5 20
