Fordite Silver Necklace With Optical Illusion, Fordite Necklace, W/O Lake_superior_agate 20 Thickness in inches orThis is a unique cut of fordite that I chose to show the layering in the fordite in a special section where there's an optical illusion that seems as if the layers fold in on themselves just right of the center of the stone. I cut the fordite in a domed oval and set it in an open back making this piece very light weight. You can see the fold on the back of the stone as well. The pendant measures about 20 x 12 in mm.
