In my small garden, they arrive in a flock, chattering and swooping through the plants in their hunt for food. They will eat small insects, buds off plants and any crumbs dropped from the picnic table. Then just as suddenly, they're off again, in a flutter of wings. These ceramic versions were inspired by the cheeky small birds
