Sunrise from the top of Mount Kinabalu books This cute cat series exploresThis painting is of the gorgeous view from Lows Peak at the top of Mount Kinabalu, Malaysia. Lows Peak is 4095. 2m above sea level. It was a tough climb, but the view from the top at sunrise made it all worth it. The colours at sunrise were incredible with so many shades of pinks, oranges, purples and blues. Although the sunrise was not as vibrant as the painting depicts, I decided to amplify the colours to make it more modern and abstract.
