One summer on the way to Steamboat Springs I stopped at Rabbit Ears Pass to photograph the wildflowers which were in full bloom at that time

On this visit to City Park I went to a familiar spot and zoomed into the city a little to capture the fresh grass of spring at the park on this spring day in Denver

Walking through the Singapore Botanical Gardens I weaved my way around on the various paths on a casual morning

On this morning with the difference in temperature between the water and the air steam formed right at sunrise but soon burned off as the sun climbed in the sky

Finding a nice angle I captured the peaks of the canopy as it rose into the threatening clouds of the day

Denver Evening from City Park Presentation:Photobox One summer on the wayUpon landing back in Denver it appeared the clouds were lining up for a dramatic sunset in the mile high city. As I was driving home I was thinking about a couple of locations to take advantage of this light and came up with City Park due to time concerns. About a half hour prior to sunset everything was still looking great in the sky and as I quickly stopped home they mentioned it on the early news that it could be a colorful sunset once again.
