The liner is a replacement M18 (1918) type with a steel outer band

As seen above it is a camouflage version

it is damaged in a couple of places

it has not been restored by me

It is identical to British web para type

M42 #19 Big Size The liner is a replacementM42 #19 Shell: The shell is an original WWII 1942 Model in size 68. This shell was already restored including liner, chin strap and decal. It is nicely painted in grey green with a textured outer. Visible factory stamps are ET68 with a lot number of 2202. A later pattern acceptance stamp has been applied in the dome.
