Double Barrel BOYD (Heaven Hill Rye) stout and the second 2020 releaseThis decadent, one off, double barrel iteration of Bring Out Your Dead spent a combined 21 months in barrels: 12 months in Cognac and an additional 9 months in Heaven Hill Rye. It will not be around for long. Spirit forward with a balanced sweetness, and a firm backbone of raisin, anise, cocoa and brown sugar. Absurdly delicious.
