Just as I was about to leave this location

This morning there was a system which was moving through which prevented a colorful sunrise as we have had the past couple of years

The look from this location can differ depending on the time of year as well as the weather so it is always a view I check when walking through the park

The tide was at a normal level allowing some of the growth to show just above the water level at this time today

With the large change in tides which takes place every six hours this is not too uncommon as the weather starts to get cooler as was the case when I took this in November one year
