You never know what to expect when cutting thunder eggs (it's like opening presents) but this one is very unique. Turned a certain way the agate in this stone resembles a puppy! The banding even gives the puppy an eye. This is a natural agate called a red hot or Berrando Red agate. I face polished this piece. The remainder of the stone was left in it's natural state.
