This is a stunner of a Lake Superior agate in solid sterling silver

I love these deep black stones and they are very rare to find

The pendant measures about 32 x 18 in mm with the stone being about 20 mm tall

I used some recycled sterling silver in this design as well making the back of the piece from recycled sterling silver that I hand forged and formed. I textured the back of the piece and antiqued it (intentionally darkened the silver) to highlight the patterns. This stone is a deep brown at the top and transitions to almost clear at the bottom. It has fire (play of color)
