We do not use coffee that has been processed with chemicals, but instead prefer to use the sugarcane decaffeination process. We prefer coffees that use this process because it maintains the integrity of the coffee while accentuating the sweetness because of the sugarcane processing. We also offer Swiss Water Process decaf. This is essentially delicious
