18K Gold and Mabe Pearl Diamond Accent Cocktail Ring Italian 14k design comprised of coiled spiralA gorgeous 18K mabe pearl cocktail ring with sparkling diamond accents. Features an iridescent mabe pearl over 15mm in diameter, mounted in a round bezel setting with gold ribbon trim and two flanking diamond accents. The setting has an openwork underside and sits atop a straight yellow gold band with a polished finish. The inner band is hallmarked '18K' and the gold has been tested for authenticity. In great vintage condition with minimal wear and
