French Carved and Gilt Bracket / Corbel with Cherub antique sculpture Dimensions: 9 1/2" DiamAn elegantly carved small bracket corbel. The architectural bracket has an arched shape with the face of a cherub prominently featured and tapers to a scroll at each end. A small shelf rests on top. The corbel is wonderfully gilded on all sides and has aged with a beautiful patina. Makes a great decorative element. 19th Century, France Dimensions: 12" Tall x 8" W x 6" Deep Note: small paint chip on cherubs face, can be repaired.
