A sealed canister of tea to age, with a personal message tucked inside. Tea has long been intertwined with Lunar New Year traditions, from offering sweet tea to elders on the first morning to sharing pots with family over the fifteen days of celebration. In this workshop, we draw on another tradition: the practice of sealing tea away to be opened in the future, when both the leaves and
