When you are skating on your skate bearings, especially in plastic hub wheels, bearings can warp which slows them down. Thankfully, the Bont ABEC7 roller skate bearing is made from high strength steel which minimizes this effect and keeps the shape of the bearing as round as possible which decreases rolling resistance at high speeds.
