Ticket Centre Type:Unframed Lithgow Valley MotelA timber shingled cylindrical tower topped with a copper geodesic dome stands at the entrance of the Coal Mining History Village, the theme park built between 1978 and 1983 as Yubari's bid to replace coal with tourism. The surrounding asphalt has cracked apart; bare hills rise behind the red roofed building beside it. The ticket centre that once processed visitors now stands empty.
