It has a gorgeous sheen, with lustre that will catch your eye from far away. A 2ply construction, each skein is 800m and 100g (874y 3oz). This yarn is lovely to hold double with any other base, or to star on its own as the perfect base for shawls and scarves. Sourced from the UK while this yarn is technically super wash, I would strongly advise gentle washing
