c1925 Tiffany Co Sterling Silver 12" Hampton Centerpiece or Fruit Bowl tipt detail separately cast and applied rimPresented is an impressive Tiffany & Co sterling silver centerpiece or fruit bowl, dating to around the 1920s. The bowl is made in the classic Hampton pattern, with a Chippendale shape to the rim and beveled decoration around the edge. The rim is not the deeply overhanging style as seen on many similar Tiffany centerpiece bowls, but more of a shallow slope. The interior has a little bit of a lip, so it looks like it could be used with a flower frog.
