The un nicknamed team played in the Maine State League during the 1907 season. Since the team didn't have a nickname, we created a logo for them on our own. We styled our mascot as an enthusiastic baseball playing gull with an overarching beach theme, to pay homage to York Beach's locale. Like many early minor league teams, the York Beach club existed
