Overall size of the plugs are 1 2" (12 mm) with a wearable size of 7 16" (11 mm). If you have a thicker or thinner lobe and would like a different wearable size, please contact us for a different size. Only one side is concaved, the other side is flat. Wood grains & colors will vary slightly based on size. Each plug is handmade, sanded & polished with
