Crafted by Billy Walker, a former Global Distiller of the Year, this single malt was first matured in American bourbon casks and finished for three years in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. Limited to 6,600 individually numbered and signed bottles. A rich, sweet whiskey. Salted caramel and forest fruits with dark chocolate finish.
