Antique 1670-1720 European Silver Engraved 3 Ball Feet Beaker Cup egg server Length: 1 3/8 inchesPresented is a wonderful old silver cup made in Continental Europe between 1670 1720. The cup is decorated with hand chased stylized plant motifs and a kind of flower that resembles a Black Eyed Susan. The motifs are further decorated with hand stippling to create a contrasting matte finish alternating with the high finish. The cup is very well made. The original hand hammered finish is still visible on the inside. The beaker sits on three ball feet.
