Tsuki Chair bowls Dona Lina’s energy and passionYuzuru Yamakawa was among the most gifted furniture designers of twentieth century Japan, working with rattan and metal in a way that broke new ground. Gabriel Tan worked to contemporise the Tsuki Chair, bringing it in line with present day production methods and market expectations by simplifying its construction and material specification while preserving the integrity of Yamakawa's original vision. Tsuki means moon in Japanese, thus named due to
