Crafted in Denver, this gin begins with a base of 100% winter wheat, undergoing two separate distillations: the first with juniper, and the second with a blend of botanicals including coriander, orris root, lemongrass, dill, cucumber, and cacao nibs. After distillation, it is aged in ex bourbon barrels
