and a patina of light pitting on the back side of the blade)

Carter Chef Knife Tai Goo Dates to the mid-1980's8 13 16" blade of laminated Hitachi White carbon steel, 8 1 4" cutting edge, 14 9 16" overall length Blade retains some of the rough forged finish and has a very clear lamination line Wood handle with synthetic collar Includes original box Excellent condition (there is light staining on both sides of the blade and a single small pit spot on the back of the blade, knife appears to have seen very little if any use, and no resharpening)
