Graffiti marks the ribbed walls; a staircase leads toward a bright opening at the far end. Built in 1939 by contractor D. Gallagher, the plant processed condensed milk, butter, and dairy products for decades before closing in the late 1990s. Part of the Peters' Ice Cream Factory
