Newcastle Pink Gin Whisky Crafted from Merlot and CabernetA twist on the original award winning Newcastle Gin, lovingly created at our commercial distillery within the ancient Newcastle City walls at Bealim House, Gallowgate to create a sweet full strength gin with subtle notes of raspberries and strawberries. It takes over seventy two hours for us to lovingly create our light oral gin using a combination of age old distilling techniques, including maceration and vapour infusion through a 450L traditional
