This was possibly made in the Middle East or in Asia, maybe Turkey? The burner is made of a little round bottomed urn with a pierced conical lid. The urn is seated on three ornate paisley shaped legs bolted to the side of the urn and bolted to the underplate. The burner sits on three painted wood ball feet. These feet are a later addition. The item is marked twice on the
