5 Mid 19th Century German or Dutch Silver Apostle Demitasse Spoons 4 3/8" Vogt 25 millimetersPresented is a lovely set of 5 Italian or German or Dutch silver apostle demitasse or coffee spoons from the mid to late 1800s. Each spoon has a fine gold wash. The handles have a twist pattern down the middle and a full figure apostle on each tip. Near the bowl of each spoon is a small winged figure, it is hard to decipher if it is an angel or demon or perhaps a seraph. There are some marks on the back of each bowl. These pieces are probably Italian
