Carrying on the BERSERKER tradition these are not your normal flex plates. With twice the thickness of standard steel sheets these are not for wimpy hands. These beefed up plates also feature a special coated surface that has more adhesion than standard texture PEI you'll find from other retailers. The backside is bare
