GRATITUDE (Limited Edition 1/20) muted gold staring eyesThe inspiration for this piece comes from my early morning winter walks. At the darkest time of the year I love to watch the sun rise over the cliffs near where I live. I find it such a euphoric feeling to welcome the day by watching the sun rising over the sea with the birds calling all around. I wanted to embody that feeling in this sculpture, the feeling of being grateful for the amazing wonder of life. A sculpture to say thank you for this day,
