When using our ratcheting crimping tool, this 6 gauge barrel connector easily accepts (2) 8 12 gauge cable feed and (7) lighting fixture leads. Gasket lined protective sheaths are 3 4" across and the length is approximately 4". This extra length ensures enough inner gasket material is delivered to any exposed strands and down the wire
