A Manchego style cheese meticulously crafted by the renowned producer 'Ilbesa' in Zamora, Spain. Aged for an impressive 14 months, this cheese from the Zamora region offers a rich aroma and on the palate there are notes of hay, fruit and nuts. It is at the same time sweet and salty with good acidity, paired with a waxy texture.
