It is then further distilled again to infuse the flavours, before adding macerated fresh rhubarb and filtering to leave a delicate pink colour. If you like rhubarb crumble then this is most definitely for you. Initially very cynical, we were astonished after tasting this. The spirit remains to be clean and yet with fresh stewed rhubarb.
