some of the paper pieces are rough and peeling away from the cover and the edges of the folder section are rough

Metal twist knob closure to draw the lid closed (normally there is a rubber gasket but I don't see one here so its either missing or never had one). Overall decent condition with some chips (mostly on the outside) and some general dirt, light rust on the closure, and wear. Very useful for transporting various food stuffs.
