It is a huge over sized shape with a banded ribbed & elastic sweater at the hem. This allows you to wear it high up and as mini dress or you can wear it lower down and create a longer shape (both options are photoed for you). It is completely covered in glossy black sequins, all in perfect rows so you get the illusion of added height. Cut fairly generous, it is meant to be big and loose on the top and then you
