The main portion of the skirt is made from a beautiful silk twill that has Lady Liberty printed on it in a repeating pattern of squares

The fabric along the edge of the zipper is fragile and starting to degrade a bit

The extensive bead work that covers every inch of the dress has all been done by hand. The dress is very well made too. The base fabric is a silk brocade that has a design worked into it. The design was then followed and covered with thousands and thousands of hand placed beads, sequins and rhinestones. They are all original glass beads and that reflects in the weight of the dress.
