Every year, we queue up to watch the celebrations with King Momo and the clan starting off the parade in different parts of Goa (our favourite spot is still Panjim). The elaborate floats, the vibrant masks, wigs and vigour, the samba dancing, and festive music creates a spirit of revelry like no other. If we could, wed bottle up this veritable party and keep it but
