1940s Anna Miller Silk & Lace Gown designer-jacques-heim 5" from waist seam toThis is a gorgeous and extremely well made 1940s gown that is labeled Anna Miller Original. Early on, this label was designed by a Hollywood costume designer Earl Luick with Bill Blass brought in as an assistant in the late 40s and then went on to head the label till it was merged and became the Maurice Rentner label. I have many Blass pieces and I have to tell you that you can see his influence in this piece and I would suspect it was made at some
