There is tons of fabric in the skirt and I love the wide ruffled edge

Just under the bust: 15" flat across the back from side seam to side seam

The tie belt is original and the same fabric on both sides

Made of a smooth finished nylon jersey it is a good wearable light weight

A dramatic mermaid type hem flares out at the bottom and the sleeves have a similar ruffle detailing to mirror that finish

It is almost indescribable as to the cut and silhouette as it is tucked here with a seam, tacked there with a stitch, deliberately puffed there and buttons are offset, close with the seam protruding out, seams finished, seams left un constructed . the details are endless and stunning.
