There is two teeny runs (1/4" and 1/2" respectively) in the fabric under one arm that appear stable and did not increase with cleaning

I love the huge shawl collar and nipped in waist

The skirt flows to just above the ankles in a pretty fall of chiffon

Note that the hem of the skirt looks to have been cut at some point and is pressed to hem but the under-edge is raw

That same contrasting panel is used to define the bodice
