I suspect that this was from the 1980 Rive Gauche collection as it is eerily similar in design and cut to the 1979 Haute Couture version I have had in recently (see that one here)

particularly in his early collections

A teeny bit of break to the thread at the neckline but I do not feel this detracts at all from this special piece

I see one teeny thinning of the fabric on the shoulder that is stable and strong but mentioned for accuracy
