Here we have a shorter shift dress silhouette with a great sixties vibe

A curving design is made of blue and silver-blue metallic thread made into a cut work applique that is then sewn onto a nude netting

A ring of paste rhinestones are applied directly to the fabric and this turns into the centre tassel
