The dress is a superb example of high end workmanship and design. It is made from a very high end silk in a deep blue. Through the silk is a secondary patter woven in black thread that gives it texture and detailing. The dress is cut to fit the body. So much so that the skirt is cut with no vent making it an extreme fit right to just past the knee much like the true wiggle
